You may hire or provide your own bartenders.

All bartenders used at the Lawton Heritage Community Center must read and sign the following. All provisions of this agreement will be enforced.

There must be one bartender on duty per 100 guests in attendance.

Bartenders Agreement:

The Lawton Heritage Community Center agrees to provide only the physical bar stand. Glasses, stirrers, napkins, etc. are the responsibility of LESSEE and/or bar personnel.

The Lawton Heritage Community Center...

• prohibits shots of liquor to be served.
• prohibits pitchers of beer to be taken to the tables.
• prohibits bartenders from consuming alcohol before or during their shifts.
• prohibits serving or furnishing alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. All guests must be able to provide proper identification to consume any alcoholic beverage, members of the wedding party and family are NOT exempt from this policy.
• prohibits "last call" prior to bar closing.
• prohibits allowing alcohol to be "self-serve".

Absolutely no tipping in any form is allowed.

Any violation of any of these provisions regarding alcohol distribution may cause the Lawton Heritage Community Center to execute their right as state in the rental contract to permanently close LESSEE's bar.
